2 – Applicable laws
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this privacy policy complies with the following regulations.
Personal data must be:

When you visit and use our hotel website, we may automatically collect the following information for statistical purposes:

Data collected non-automatically
We do not collect additional data when the user performs certain functions on our site.
Please note that we only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this privacy policy. We will not collect additional data without informing you first.
The data collected via our contact form is for the sole purpose of being able to contact you again in order to manage your reservation within our hotel establishment.
5 – With whom we share this data
We may disclose such data to any member of our organization such user data as they reasonably need to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy. We may share user data with YouTube regarding the viewing time of our presentation video.
In addition, we may share the user data collected and mentioned in the previous paragraph with La Cible Digitale, publisher of our website, for statistical purposes only, which allow us to improve your user experience.
6 – Other data sharing
We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:
has. if required by law
b. if it is required for any legal proceedings
vs. to prove or protect our legal rights
d. to buyers or potential buyers of the hotel in the event that we seek to sell it
If you follow hyperlinks from our site to another site, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.
7 – How long we store this data
The user data mentioned in paragraph 4 will be kept for a period of six months.
We will ensure that users are notified if their data is retained for longer than this duration.
8 – How we protect your data
All data stored in our system is well secured and can only be accessed by our administrator, La Cible Digitale. The latter is linked with the Hotel Roca Fortis by strict confidentiality agreements and a violation of this agreement would lead to the termination of our collaboration.
Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our user data is protected, there always remains a risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times, and we are therefore unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
9 – Your rights as a user
Under the GDPR, users have the following rights as data subjects:
